01 General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "User", "you") and 1jj5 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 1jj5.pro. By accessing the 1jj5 website, registering an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotional activity offered through the 1jj5 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register an account and use the 1jj5 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 1jj5 strictly prohibits access by persons under 21. Age verification via a valid Pakistani CNIC or passport is required before any withdrawal is processed. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be suspended immediately and any balance handled in accordance with our responsible gaming policy.
• You must be registering as an individual acting in your own personal capacity. Corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, date of birth, and a valid email address and/or mobile number.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close relative of any employee of 1jj5 or any of its affiliated software providers.
• You must not be located in a jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited under applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 1jj5 platform or any affiliated gaming service.

Each individual may maintain only one registered account on the 1jj5 platform. The operation of multiple accounts by any single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension and forfeiture of funds.

03 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 1jj5 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. 1jj5 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must notify 1jj5 immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization. Contact can be made via the support email at [email protected]. Upon receiving such notification, 1jj5 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the account pending investigation.

1jj5 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms;
• 1jj5 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity;
• KYC documentation has not been provided within the timeframe requested;
• The account has been inactive for a period exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months;
• 1jj5 is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory directive, or court order.

Account closure requests initiated by the player may be submitted to [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method after applicable checks are completed, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 1jj5 platform are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 1jj5 does not apply currency conversion fees to PKR deposits or withdrawals. Supported payment methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL, and Meezan Bank. Supported methods are subject to change at 1jj5's discretion; the current list of available methods is displayed in the deposit and withdrawal sections of your account dashboard.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 1jj5 account balance upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 1jj5 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the platform at the time of deposit and are subject to periodic revision. 1jj5 reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that is associated with suspicious activity.

Withdrawals: All withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be fully completed before any withdrawal is processed. Required documents include a valid CNIC or passport and proof of payment method ownership.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Where a deposit was made via a specific payment method, 1jj5 may require that the equivalent deposit amount be returned to the same method before any net winnings are processed separately.
• Any pending bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled or the associated bonus forfeited before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. 1jj5 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within 1–3 business days, though this is not guaranteed and may be extended during high-volume periods or for compliance review.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

1jj5 offers various promotional incentives to registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to cricket events such as PSL, the ICC World Cup, and the Asia Cup. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time the offer is made, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution rates, and expiry periods.

General bonus terms applicable to all 1jj5 promotions include:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms. Until the wagering requirement is met, bonus funds are not withdrawable.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, Teen Patti, and sports betting may contribute at a reduced rate as specified in the promotion terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period from the date of credit. Unmet wagering requirements after the expiry date result in automatic forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• One Bonus Per Promotion: Each promotion may only be claimed once per player, account, household, device, and IP address. Attempts to claim a promotion multiple times through multiple accounts constitute bonus abuse and will result in disqualification and potential account suspension.

06 Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on 1jj5 — including cricket betting on PSL, ICC World Cup, Asia Cup, bilateral Test and T20 series, and all other sports markets — is governed by the following general betting rules, supplemented by sport-specific rules displayed within the relevant betting markets on the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted and confirmed only when you receive an explicit on-screen confirmation with a unique bet reference number. 1jj5 reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly erroneous odds, including odds published due to technical errors or data feed failures.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits per market are displayed within the betting interface and are subject to change. 1jj5 may apply individual account-level stake restrictions at its discretion.
• Abandoned and Interrupted Events: In the event a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or significantly disrupted, 1jj5 will settle bets in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules. Generally, bets on events abandoned before the minimum completion threshold defined in sport rules will be voided and stakes returned.
• In-Play Betting: In-play bets are accepted subject to real-time market availability. 1jj5 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected; stakes will not be deducted for rejected bets.
• Void Bets: 1jj5 may void any bet where there is evidence of match-fixing, collusion, or a clear pricing error. Where bets are voided, stakes are returned to the player's account balance.

07 Casino Games

All casino games available on 1jj5 — including online slots, live dealer tables (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette), and instant win games — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing processes streamed in real time. The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is provided within the game information panel accessible from within the game interface.

By participating in any casino game on 1jj5, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Casino gaming outcomes are determined by chance. Past results do not influence future outcomes.
• The house edge means that over a statistically significant number of rounds, the platform retains a percentage of all wagers placed. There is no guaranteed strategy for profit.
• Game rules are displayed within each game interface. It is your responsibility to read and understand the rules before placing any wager.
• In the event of a game malfunction or technical error during a live session, 1jj5 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return stakes. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1jj5 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and potential legal action:

• Multi-Accounting: Operating more than one account per person, household, device, IP address, or payment method;
• Fraudulent Deposits: Using stolen, fraudulent, disputed, or unauthorized payment methods to fund your account;
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of promotional offers, including bonus hunting, arbitrage betting across accounts, and use of promotional terms in unintended ways;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any poker, Teen Patti, or live dealer game;
• Match Fixing: Placing bets based on inside information relating to a pre-arranged sporting outcome or participating in any activity that may constitute match-fixing;

• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or miscalculated odds to gain an unfair advantage;

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1jj5 platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, trademarks, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and audiovisual content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 1jj5 or is licensed to 1jj5 by third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 1jj5 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, adapt, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any 1jj5 content without the prior written consent of 1jj5. Nothing in these Terms limits 1jj5's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

The 1jj5 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 1jj5 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, or the accuracy or completeness of any information displayed on the platform.

11 Privacy & Data

1jj5 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account on 1jj5, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected by 1jj5 is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, anti-money-laundering compliance, and the delivery of marketing communications where you have provided explicit consent to receive them. 1jj5 does not sell personal data to third parties for their independent marketing use.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming compliance standards and the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which 1jj5 holds its operational authorization. 1jj5 operates under international gaming compliance standards.

In the event of any dispute between you and 1jj5 arising from these Terms or the use of the 1jj5 platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 1jj5 support at [email protected]. 1jj5 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules before initiating any court proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits either party's right to seek urgent injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
